One monthly subscription for each facility covers the platform: booking, payments, classes, memberships, the console and your player app.

A small fee on each booking paid online, through Stripe Connect. It comes out of the booking, not on top of your player’s price.

Smart relays for your door, lights and equipment, installed and commissioned. Quoted once we’ve seen your building.

Do players pay a booking fee?

No. Orrery isn’t a marketplace. Your players stay yours, and there are no player fees.

Can we start with booking and add the building later?

Yes. Run the business on its own, and add door, lights and equipment control when you’re ready.

We already take payments another way. Does that matter?

Payments run on Stripe and other major payment platforms. Tell us what you use today on the walkthrough and we’ll show you how it fits.

Why is the hardware quoted separately?

Every building is different: how many doors, how many lighting zones, what equipment you want switched. We quote it once we’ve seen your circuits.

Where is our data kept?

In Canada. Orrery is built in Canada and hosted in Canada, and your members’ data stays here.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Each site’s backup plan, with an offline fallback, a manual override and remote monitoring, is commissioned before your site goes live.

Do our players need to download an app?

No. The player app is a mobile web app, so the link just works. It’s also packaged for iOS.
