No. Ball machines, simulators and anything else on a circuit are included in Business + facility. Each device adds to the one-time hardware and install quote. Custom software integrations are quoted separately.
Yes. Start on Run the business and move to Business + facility whenever you’re ready. You pay the new rate from the day the hardware goes live.
The door, lights and equipment are switched by Orrery bookings, so facility control comes with Run the business. If you’re committed to another booking system, talk to us about it.
Plans are billed annually on a 12-month term. Month to month costs about 15% more, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
No. Players pay the price you set. Card payments run through your payment provider at its standard rates, paid out to your account.
Anything players book by the hour: a court, a bay, a cage or a simulator. Classes and events don’t count.
In Canada. Orrery is built in Canada and hosted in Canada, and your members’ data stays here.
Each site’s backup plan, with an offline fallback, a manual override and remote monitoring, is commissioned before your site goes live.
